Ideal for 2 people and can comfortably accommodate a 3rd person.

- Ideally located in the centre of Cannes, a few minutes walk from the Palais des Festivals, the Croisette, the public and private beaches, the Forville market with its fresh products (every day except Mondays) and its restaurants, and the picturesque Suquet district.
- Fully equipped, sheets, towels, vanity kits and some coffee capsules will be provided.
The flat is located on the 1st floor accessible by lift.
It is composed of :
- A convivial and spacious living room: sofa bed, coffee table, television, dining area with dining table.
- A fully equipped kitchen: fridge, microwave, hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils.
- A cosy bedroom: double bed, wardrobe with hangers and television.
- A neat bathroom: shower, toilet, towel dryer.
And above all, a beautiful outdoor space with a terrace equipped with a dining table for 4 people and 2 very comfortable deckchairs for a nap.
Please note that a car is not really necessary, but for the unconditional, we recommend that you reserve a parking space in advance at the Ferrage-Meynadier public car park, adjacent to the building, which offers very competitive subscriptions in terms of price for short and long stays.

• En cas d’annulation dans un délai inférieur à 2 mois, la Société conserve 100% des sommes perçues.
• En cas d’annulation par la Société qui en informera l’Utilisateur par tout moyen lui permettant d’en obtenir un accusé de réception, la totalité des sommes perçues seront remboursées à l’Utilisateur. L’Utilisateur peut également choisir d’obtenir un séjour dans un bien de substitution ou un séjour à une autre période.
