• En cas d’annulation par le Locataire 2 mois avant la date d’arrivée dans le bien loué, la Société conserve l’acompte de 50% réglé à la réservation et rembourse les éventuelles autres sommes déjà perçues.
• En cas d’annulation dans un délai inférieur à 2 mois, la Société conserve 100% des sommes perçues.
• En cas d’annulation par la Société qui en informera l’Utilisateur par tout moyen lui permettant d’en obtenir un accusé de réception, la totalité des sommes perçues seront remboursées à l’Utilisateur. L’Utilisateur peut également choisir d’obtenir un séjour dans un bien de substitution ou un séjour à une autre période.
